Company History
Vertis was established in July 2000, integrating the disciplines and talents of several renowned brands in the marketing and communications industries, including Webcraft, The LTC Group, and TC Advertising. These established brands were acquired by Big Flower Holdings throughout the 1990s and unified into one powerful, fully-integrated operating company.
