Vertis Communications Appoints Jerry Cacciatore as Senior Vice President, Premedia Operations
Baltimore (August 20, 2008) - Vertis Communications, the premier provider of print advertising and direct marketing solutions to America's leading retail and consumer services companies, announced today that Jerry Cacciatore has been appointed senior vice president, Premedia Operations.
"Jerry has a keen understanding of technology and extensive expertise in implementing state-of-the -art color management platforms across multiple facilities," said Mike DuBose, chairman and chief executive officer, Vertis Communications. "He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Vertis, and will be an excellent addition to our premedia team."
Most recently, Cacciatore served as senior vice president of operations at Quebecor World Premedia. During his 16 years at Quebecor World, he was actively involved in all aspects of operations, technology and sales for multiple premedia facilities and on-site customer locations. Cacciatore has more than 28 years experience in the printing and graphic arts industry and holds a bachelor of science degree in industrial technology from Illinois State University. He will be based in Vertis' St. Louis facility.
